These terms and conditions are intended to regulate the rules and procedures governing the game platform managed by Smart Player Systems OÜ (hereinafter referred to as "the Company").
These terms and conditions are in addition to the general terms of use of the Company's activities as displayed on the Company’s website.
The platform is designed to allow participants to engage in games based on their personal abilities and skills, such as coordination, reaction speed, comprehension, general knowledge, acquired experience, and more.
Each game is based on specific rules, objectives, and a unique scoring method according to the designated settings of that game.
Use of the platform and participation in the games constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Participants may purchase credits that grant the right to participate in games using a credit card or other methods published from time to time by the Company.
Credits will be granted to the customer only against a payment that has been made and received in full.
In the case of a payment made in installments, the customer’s account will be credited with a proportional amount of credits corresponding to the received payment.
It is clarified that in any case of transaction cancellation and payment refund, the credits accumulated due to the refunded payment will also be canceled.

Any individual over the age of 21 who has confirmed their participation and redeemed credits is eligible to participate in the games.
Each game will have a defined start time, end time, and maximum participation duration.
Credit redemption occurs at the moment the "Start Game" button is clicked, after which a continuous countdown of the designated game time begins.

Credit purchases can be canceled according to the provisions of Estonian consumer protection laws within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Refunds or credits will not be provided for credits granted by the Company or purchased via vouchers.
Credits that remain unused within one year will expire.

All intellectual property rights related to the games and the website, including trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, etc., are the exclusive property of the Company.
Participants agree not to sell, modify, copy, publish, transmit, or create derivative works from the contents included on the website or in the games without prior written approval from the Company.

The details provided by the participant during registration are their personal information.
The Company reserves the right to publish the name and photo of participants who win prizes on the leaderboard or in other promotional materials.
Participants agree that the information provided will be used by the Company for managing games and marketing activities.

The Company shall not be liable for any damage incurred by participants in connection with their participation in the games.
The Company is not responsible for any technical issues, including those involving internet networks or servers.
The Company reserves the right to cancel a game or tournament in the event of suspected illegal conduct or violation of these terms by a participant.

Participants are strictly prohibited from using any technological aids during the games, including bots, scripts, software, or any other tools that may provide an unfair advantage.
The Company reserves the right to block or prevent the participation of any participant who violates this clause.

Any tax, deduction, or tax payment requirement shall be borne by the prize winner and will be at their expense.
The Company may change the game structure, method of winning prizes, stages, and nature of the games at its discretion.
Participation in the games constitutes full agreement to these terms and conditions.
